• AptLocatorPro is a free apartment locator service — we never charge renters a fee to use it
• We connect you with licensed real estate agents who help you find an apartment
• Property listings, pricing, and availability are provided by the communities themselves and are subject to change without notice
• We make reasonable efforts to keep listing information current, but we do not guarantee its accuracy — always confirm pricing, availability, and lease terms directly with the community before signing

3. Cash Back Rebate Program

• Cash back or moving-service rewards are only available on qualifying leases signed at participating communities we refer you to
• You must submit a claim with proof of your signed lease to be eligible
• Reward amounts vary by property and are disclosed prior to lease signing where possible
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to decline claims that do not meet program requirements
• Rebate processing typically takes 3–5 business days after a claim is verified

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and search information so we can assist you effectively
• Review and understand any lease before signing it — AptLocatorPro is not a party to your lease agreement
• Not use our site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or fraudulent rebate claims

5. No Warranty

Our website and services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any specific apartment, price, or availability will remain accurate, or that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

AptLocatorPro is not responsible for the condition, safety, or management of any apartment community, or for disputes arising from your lease. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our service is limited to referring you back to the relevant apartment community to resolve the issue directly.

7. Account & Communications

If you create a portal account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive property recommendations and follow-up communications from us, and may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Texas TREC Compliance

AptLocatorPro operates as a licensed real estate service in Texas, regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
